Mission
Our mission
We provide professionals and deliver projects in industry, infrastructure, construction, offshore and environmental technology. We do this for and with companies and governments in the Netherlands, Belgium and Curaçao. Our approach is integrated, flexible and reliable.
In doing so:
- we provide qualified professionals where and when they are needed
- we keep industry and infrastructure running
- we create a safe working environment on land and at sea

How we work
Within ROVO we work according to a number of guiding rules. These form the basis of our daily actions.
We work with conscious safety
Safety always comes first at ROVO. We want everyone to get home safely at the end of the working day. That is why we jointly determine risks and measures in advance, and continuously assess during the work whether they still apply.
We act with integrity
In our code of conduct we have set out which behaviour we do and do not accept within ROVO. Honest, open and respectful, towards colleagues, clients and partners.
We keep learning and developing
Our people work in a rapidly changing world. That is why we invest in training, certifications and personal growth, so that everyone can get the best out of themselves.
An agreement is an agreement
Complex projects only succeed if the client and ROVO join forces. That requires insight into each other's interests, trust in each other's abilities and keeping to agreements.
