Contaminated soil
Soil can contain substances like lead, oil or benzene. That is why we know what is in the ground before we dig.
Before starting
- Ask the client for the soil survey.
- Determine the safety class and record measures in the H&S plan.
- For higher classes a qualified supervisor is present.
Basic hygiene
- Wear coated gloves and safety glasses.
- Prevent dust, for example by working wet.
- Do not eat or drink in the work area and wash your hands.
