Construction Estimator
You prepare accurate estimates for construction projects.
What will you do?
As Construction Estimator at Aannemingsmaatschappij ROVO you work on projects that matter. Your tasks include:
- You prepare cost calculations and budgets for construction projects.
- You analyse specifications and drawings.
- You request prices from suppliers and subcontractors.
- You prepare tenders and quotes.
- You hand over project files to the project team.
Who are we looking for?
You recognise yourself in the following:
- Intermediate/higher vocational degree in Construction.
- At least 3 years as an estimator.
- Experience with estimating software.
- Analytical and accurate.
- Knowledge of the construction market and materials.
