Construction Project Manager
You manage construction projects from preparation to completion, on time and within budget.
What will you do?
As Construction Project Manager at Aannemingsmaatschappij ROVO you work on projects that matter. Your tasks include:
- You are ultimately responsible for construction projects from preparation to completion.
- You monitor planning, budget, quality and safety.
- You lead work preparators, site supervisors and subcontractors.
- You maintain contact with clients and stakeholders.
- You report on progress and risks to management.
Who are we looking for?
You recognise yourself in the following:
- Higher vocational degree in Construction or Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 years as a construction project manager.
- Knowledge of UAV and UAV-GC contracts.
- Leadership, overview and a results-driven attitude.
- VCA-VOL and driving licence B.
