HR Advisor
You advise management on recruitment, development and retention of our people.
What will you do?
As HR Advisor at ROVO Group you work on projects that matter. Your tasks include:
- You advise managers on personnel matters and employment law.
- You guide the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- You develop and improve HR policies and procedures.
- You support absence management together with the occupational health service.
- You help shape training and development for our people.
Who are we looking for?
You recognise yourself in the following:
- Higher vocational degree in HRM or similar.
- At least 3 years as an HR advisor, preferably in a technical environment.
- Knowledge of employment law and collective agreements.
- Proactive, independent and a true sparring partner.
- Good command of Dutch.
