Safety Officer / QHSE Coordinator
You are responsible for quality, working conditions and the environment within all our projects.
What will you do?
As Safety Officer / QHSE Coordinator at ROVO Group you work on projects that matter. Your tasks include:
- You maintain and improve our QHSE management system (VCA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SCL).
- You advise management and project teams on safety, quality and environment.
- You prepare and carry out internal and external audits.
- You record and analyse incidents and monitor improvement actions.
- You are visible on site and give toolbox talks and briefings.
Who are we looking for?
You recognise yourself in the following:
- Intermediate/higher vocational level, preferably in safety or QHSE.
- At least 2 years of experience in a QHSE or HSE role.
- Knowledge of VCA, ISO standards and the Safety Culture Ladder.
- Strong communicator who convinces people at every level.
- Driving licence B.
