You find and recruit new colleagues for all ROVO companies.
What will you do?
As Recruiter at ROVO Group you work on projects that matter. Your tasks include:
- You fill vacancies for all ROVO companies.
- You actively source candidates via networks, LinkedIn and job sites.
- You conduct selection interviews with managers.
- You set up labour market campaigns.
- You safeguard a good candidate experience.
Who are we looking for?
You recognise yourself in the following:
- Higher vocational level.
- At least 2 years as a recruiter, preferably technical.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing.
- Persuasive and results-driven.
- Good command of Dutch.
